Return to Monkey Island comes to PlayStation 5 on November 8

The long, long, long awaited official sequel to Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge launched upon the world with buckets full of puzzles and great music back in September. Developed by Terrible Toybox and co-written by Dave Grossman, Return to Monkey Island is finally coming to PlayStation 5 on November 8th.

It’s still about the pointing and the clicking, but it’s dressed up in a rather modern attire, including a new inventory system, context-sensitive interactions and even reactive dialog trees to cover all your swashbuckling needs. Music by Peter McConnell, Michael Land and Clint Bajakian should ring a familiar tune in veteran player’s ears.
