Telltale Games bonanza: Game of Thrones and Tales From the Borderlands revealed

They have come a long way since Sam & Max, Back to the Future and Jurassic Park. With the smash hit that was The Walking Dead, Telltale seem to be on a roll with new adaptations like Fables and The Walking Dead: Season 2.

Next up, as revealed at the VGX, is Game of Thrones and Tales From the Borderlands.

Game of Thrones is due next year and will feature big battles. That’s about as much as we know right now, but we’re looking forward to learning more. It may go without saying, but it will play like a Telltale game, so don’t go expecting your typical action adventure game with axes swinging every which way.

Tales From the Borderlands features a new cast, but will also include some familiar faces if the trailer is anything to go by. As with Game of Thrones, there will be some of Borderlands’ crazy shooting, but again presented and played out in the way that currently only Telltale does.

Both games are heavily story driven and will give you tons of new characters to get to know. We’ll bring you more information on both titles as it surfaces.
