Witcher 3’s first expansion is called Hearts of Stone – out October 13

Oh man, oh man, oh man. Let’s get the really important thing out of the way first: If you buy the retail copy of this expansion you get physical Gwent cards. Two decks. Damn! If you’re the owner of a season pass you’ll get the chance to buy these decks separately.

With that out of the way, here’s Hearts of Stone for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It’s the first paid expansion, promising a 10 hour adventure in which you hunt down an immortal (sounds complicated), more romance, new enemies and ghosts. It’s all you could ever want if you have time to go back to the game. It’s not like Until Dawn, Mad Max, Metal Gear Solid V, Disney Infinity 3.0 or Tearaway Unfolded just got released or anything. You have until October 13 to get those games out of the way including the upcoming Taken King expansion for Destiny.

Check out the teaser below and check out some screens while you’re at it.
