Introducing Far Cry Primal – When elephants are just too small

With the recent whoops that was the leak, Ubisoft went ahead and announced Far Cry Primal today. Set in 10,000 BC, you play as Takkar in the land of Oros in a constant struggle to survive the rather hostile nature that surrounds you. You will hunt, run like a madman from sabretooths and probably, and I’m just guessing, ride a mammoth at some point. Because why wouldn’t you, right?

The game will be out next year, or more precisely on February 23. As always a multitude of studios are working the on title, but Ubisoft Montréal is the primary with some help from Ubisoft Toronto, Ubisoft Shanghai Studio, and Ubisoft Kiev Studio. Check out the trailer and some art below and visit the game page for the full res madness before they go extinct.
