Micro Machines return to consoles with World Series in April

Vroom vroom goes the tiny car with a machine gun on the roof. Codemasters just announced Micro Machines World Series for consoles, coming this April. Modes include race and elimination, but as the trailer below might give away, there will also be a battle mode where guns and rockets take the drivers seat. King of the Hill and capture the flag will let you cooperatively cause some micro mayhem with up to 4 players locally and 12 players online.

There will be 12 customizable vehicles to pick from, and in this day and age, probably more down the line as DLC.
