Minecraft: Story Mode renewed for a second season

Enough with the tv-lingo, Telltale’s take on Minecraft in the form for Minecraft: Story Mode is getting 5 more episodes through its second season. It’s due, of course, for a completely new adventure including dungeons, a lama and more choices that may or may not be important. The cast from the first season will return including Patton Oswalt and people from the Minecraft community.

The game will also feature Telltale’s Crowd Play feature which gives people the opportunity to participate in a players game with their mobile devices. Sounds fancy, and probably a whole lot more fun than letting people decide if you should die a little or die a lot in Dead Nation.

The first episode of season 2 will launch on July 11.
