No Man’s Sky is getting VR support this summer

You might recall that No Man’s Sky is getting a major update with Beyond this summer which basically is three updates baked into one big cake of space goodness. It will include proper multiplayer among other things.

Perhaps even more exciting though, is the inclusion of VR support announced during last night’s State of Play. That means you can play the entire game with your VR headset strapped on as you mine, fight, fly and hang out with friends in your pimped up base. The game will also get a physical release with the Beyond update.

This leaves one major update which Hello Games has yet to reveal, but I guess we’ll know as summer approaches!
