Bring out your inner shark with Maneater next year

Shark games are few and far between. It’s been seven years since Derrick The Deathfin, and there was that moment in that VR demo. That will change on May 22 next year with the release of Maneater. An action RPG in which you explore, swim, but more importantly: eat. Eating will make you grow, and food is found in various locales like swamps and beach resorts. Yes, beach resorts, and yes, you will be eating humans. A whole lot of them.

The premise looks fun, the swimming solid, and I always appreciate a good feast. Developed by Tripwire, Maneater might take a bite-sized piece of your gaming time next May.
