The pen is mightier than the sword, especially when it’s armed with a rocket launcher

Pengame is not Drawn to Death, but it’s definitely drawn. Set in a notebook, you have to defeat the teacher (hey, leave us kids alone) before she apparently will consume the entire book in which you are scribbled. You will do so in a platformer filled with laser guns, rocket launchers and awkward voice overs. It promises over 50 unique enemies, weapon upgrades and different endings, so there should be some stuff to dig into if you fancy the art style and premise.

It will be playable at Gamescom next month, but there’s no date or window of release for the console version yet.
