This is best done in Prologue - The Edge. This chapter only has two enemies (there are more enemies, however, but the chapter requires you to escape from them as they're in a group of four so taking them on will get you shot and possibly killed.) When you encounter the first enemy (which is near the end), jump kick him with + , then dodge to the left to avoid the second enemy's gunfire. Quickly get close and disarm him with .
