Recently ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) listings for Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City surfaced online. It’s too soon to tell if this means they will simply be available soon as classics for the PlayStation Network or if HD remakes are in the works.
